Grundy and Co. comprehend the defined area of responsibility and are comfortable carrying out work under the auspices of the service charge or the individual flat owner. In some cases repairs fall under the responsibility of both parties and again we are comfortable apportioning the costs and dealing with the freehold company.

Our initial remit was to be the first call for the majority of remedial and maintenance work for the block as a whole.
