Grundy and Co. Limited was originally formed as the in-house maintenance facility of Warmans Property Management.

Warmans were established in 1859 and have been helping clients with their property needs for over 150 years.

Grundy and Co. specialise in flat maintenance issues and are one of the few companies who fully comprehend the unique nature of maintaining leasehold property.

Originally formed to cater for the needs of our hundreds of leaseholders, the company has now evolved. Following the numerous referrals of our satisfied clients we are now extending our operations outside the Warmans portfolio. We do not advertise and all our work comes from existing customers or their introductions.

We are a specialist Flat Maintenance company operating in London, Essex, Cambridgeshire, and East Anglia.
